To help you have the best yard all year round we offer customizable maintenance programs for everyone! Tell us what your needs and wants are and let us create a maintenance program just for you. We offer our maintenance programs weekly, biweekly and monthly. We offer these services to both residential and commercial customers. Not interested in committing to a program? No problem! We offer one-time services as well.

A Spring clean up is the perfect way to get your yard ready for the nice weather now that the winter has come and gone and done its damage. Our Spring clean ups include removal of all debris from the lawn, mulch/flower beds, under decks, and pool areas. They also include edging, de-thatching and a first step fertilizer.
What is de-thatching?
De-thatching is the process of removing built up dead grass and debris that builds up between the green grass blades and the soil. It allows the water and nutrients to get deep into the soil and is a great way to ensure a healthy lawn.
Fall Clean Up
These clean up services can be put on a maintenance program to ensure you have a clean yard all season long or a one time clean up. We remove all leaves and debris from the lawn, mulch/flower beds, under decks and pool areas.
For both clean up services we give you a choice to save a little money. We can haul away all debris for a fee or we can blow all debris to a woods area or dump pile of your choosing.
Is your lawn patchy, uneven and/or full of weeds? Then you need a new lawn installation! We use quality loam, fertilizer and seed to get you the beautiful lawn you’ve always dreamed of. The best time to seed a lawn is late Spring or early Fall. Don’t need a total lawn rehab? We also offer these services:

RVM’s also offers a “You rake them, we take them” service. You do the work and we will remove the debris. This includes any dump pile of leaves, grass, branches, etc. Piles must be separated.
